Virtual Personal Assistant

7 REASONS YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT.

The other day at a networking event I was asked what is it like to work with a Virtual Assistant?

So, I thought why not explain to those who may be wondering the same! Yes, you can assign and choose responsibilities for your virtual assistant like you would for a physical employee. To me the word virtual assistant doesn’t explain what a VA actually does. A virtual assistant is a highly skilled independent professional. This person is more than likely on your payroll. Let me be one of many to say the working relationship you will have with your Virtual Assistant is different. A Virtual Assistant is usually running their own business and work from home as freelancers (which is a benefit for their clients may I add).

7 Reason’s You’ll Love Working With a Virtual Assistant

Virtual assistants have their own equipment so overhead costs are minimal to non-existent for the client. A virtual Assistant would most likely already have their own computer, the internet, computer applications, Printer, cell phone, electricity, utilities, phone, email platform, kitchen, office, and supplies.

This should have been number one; you do not have to pay for benefits. Imagine the financial freedom. No longer do you have to pay for: sick time, personal, vacation, holiday pay, insurance, workman’s comp, or bonus.

Forget about the gossip going on around the office, what gossip. Less gossip more work gets accomplished isn’t that great. You’re able to control your time and get things done so you can relax, increase your business, spend more time with your family, or even take that vacation.

Say bye to training as your virtual assistant is already skilled in certain tasks. Your virtual Assistant has completed training to gain knowledge of the skills required to help your business. You can train if choose to!

They can learn a specific task or procedure of yours and take it off your hands for good.

They can take on work that you simply have no desire to do.Keep in mind that a virtual assistant is running their own services and business, and thus will likely better understand you and your business. Your relationship may work out better since, in fact, you will share some of the same qualities.

Their mission and goals are specifically designed to help and support you.

Remember Virtual assistant also have different titles for example social media managergraphic designerTravel planning, language translationsonline vacation rental property management, Online business manager, etc. The list goes on, it will depend on the VA skill or niche.
